You will also need to either email us or use the upload feature to provide the following documents in JPG, PNG, TIFF or PDF format:

  • Signed and dated copy of the bill of sale;
  • Owner’s government-issued identification (birth certificate; citizenship certificate, passport or driver’s licence), and
  • One current full side-view colour photograph of the pleasure craft.

All pleasure craft licence transfer applications are processed on a first come first served basis. It is very important to have a current and updated pleasure craft licence on board the boat at all times in order to avoid a $250 fine.
